Marketing the property to best advantage

I tailored a marketing campaign to help ensure the property stood out in a crowded marketplace.

I engaged a professional copywriter to ensure the property listing was as enticing as possible and created a buyer floor plan. The vendors also took advantage of my complimentary property styling service.

With the styling complete, I created a video of the property to help give buyers a sense of just how lovely this home could be.



The marketing package created comprised:

  • Advertisements on the other property portals, such as Domain, REIWA, suburbview.com.au and realestateview.com.au

  • A social media marketing campaign on Facebook, Insta Stories and Instagram

Despite the sheer volume of similar properties on the market, I had seven people inspect the property and received two offers. The home was on the market for just over three weeks.
