Marketing the property to best advantage

With a large number of villas to choose from on the market in Osborne Park, it was vital to create a marketing campaign that would give the administrator the best possible chance of securing a buyer.

Along with my appraisal, I provided the administrator of the deceased estate with some pre-sale recommendations to ensure the property was presented in the best possible light, including:

  • A thorough clean

  • Sprucing up the gardens.

After I provided a cost-effective quote and the work was approved, the administrator also took advantage of my complimentary property styling service.

With the styling complete, I engaged a professional copywriter to ensure the property listing was as enticing as possible and created a buyer floor plan. 

Professional photography and a video allowed buyers to truly experience how wonderful this villa was and get a sense of how perfect it would be to call home.

  • Advertisements on the other property portals, such as Domain, REIWA, suburbview.com.au and realestateview.com.au

The results I achieved for the administrator

Despite the large number of villas on the market in Osborne Park, the marketing campaign resulted in 21 groups of buyers going through the property and secured a sale to a wonderful couple of first homebuyers in just over 30 days.
